HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Our processing time is from 1 to 3 business days, but usually all the orders are shipped on the next business day. When your order has been processed and shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation with delivery information.


HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?

We have a $6.00 flat-rate for all domestic shipping. All orders are shipped by Priority USPS shipping and you will receive the tracking number as soon you order is shipped.


DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on domestic orders on orders of $50 or more.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do! The shipping cost for international order is $10.00 USD and usually takes between 2 to 4 weeks depending of the country. You parcel is shipped through the USPS First Class International service.

For faster international shipment, select USPS Priority Mail International when you are checking out. This option take on average 6 to 10 business days and costs $19.95 USD for Canada and $23.95 USD for the rest of the world.

All international orders comes with a delivery confirmation number, not an actual tracking number, so tracking updates can be sporadic.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.


RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items that are in their original condition (unworn, unused, undamaged) within 7 days of receipt, and we will be happy to issue you a credit or exchange it for you. Unfortunately, the original shipping costs can not be refunded and the customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the returned items. We highly recommend returning the items via a trackable and insured shipping service like USPS, UPS or FedEx to guarantee delivery. We are not responsible for packages shipped to us.
